The Community of Ariane Cities (CVA) and the town of Kourou – which holds the 2015 CVA Presidency – are jointly presenting an exhibition entitled “50 Years of Space Adventure” at the Grand Hôtel Montabo, Chemin Hilaire, in Cayenne, French Guiana, from 16 July to 16 August. This exhibition is the outcome of cooperation between the French space agency CNES and the City of Liège, with the support of the European Space Agency (ESA), and Arianespace. Aimed at the public at large, the exhibition recalls in 14 photographs highlights that have punctuated humanity’s epic endeavours in space for half a century.
